• The doctor has a personalized monitoring program, with which he defines an agenda of specific events/ messages for each patient. The obligations are reminded of the patient via SMS or e-mail;

• Through the hk health app, the patient communicates to the system the detected parameters (pressure, blood sugar, etc.) which will be integrated into his online dossier available to the doctor and the patient himself.

hk health makes the patient protagonist of a simple and effective care relationship, he is responsible for managing his health and at the same time contributes to improving their quality of life, avoiding long expectations, queues and costs for outpatient controls.
